Project Planning and Execution:

Responsible for the overall planning, organization, execution, and monitoring of exhibitions and exhibit spaces. This includes formulating project plans, managing project resources, overseeing project timelines and progress, ensuring projects are completed within specified timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

Develop project budgets, monitor and control project costs in real-time to ensure project expenses remain within budgetary limits. This involves forecasting costs, analyzing cost performance, conducting cost, controlling expenses, and implementing measures to manage costs effectively.

Team Management and Coordination:

Build and manage the project team, assign tasks, supervisory work progress and quality, coordinate team member relationships, and communicate and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Client Relationship Management: 

Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring project requirements are met. This includes establishing regular client communication, addressing feedback and complaints, maintaining and developing positive client relationships.

Risk Management and Mitigation: 

Identify, assess, and manage project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure the project can effectively navigate various challenges and challenges.

Quality Assurance and Control: Ensure that exhibitions and exhibit spaces meet quality standards and requirements. This involves establishing quality assurance plans, monitoring quality control processes, conducting quality assessments, and evaluating outcomes.
